In 2002, Prime Focus Endoscopy (Prime Focus) emerged in response to a demand for enhanced, cost-effective services within the endoscope repair field. Fueled by a passion for excellence, our objective was clear: to become a leader in the industry. As the years passed, Prime Focus transformed into a comprehensive “full-service repair company” while consistently upholding the highest standards of performance to better serve healthcare institutions across Canada.
In 2015, Prime Focus Endoscopy merged with its sister company, Nutramerica, a well-established foodservice distributor for Canadian hospitals and long-term care facilities. This merger gave rise to CDR Global Solutions Inc. Today, Prime Focus remains the leading division within CDR, being the largest contributor to the corporation’s annual revenues.

Flexible and rigid endoscope repairs have remained the cornerstone of Prime Focus Endoscopy since 2002. However, the healthcare landscape is continually evolving with growing needs present in endoscopy departments and beyond. Consequently, we have evolved by expanding our portfolio in recent years.
Today, in addition to endoscope repairs, we proudly present cutting-edge endoscopy imaging and reporting software, as well as a more comprehensive array of consumables, equipment and repair services for endoscopy departments, operating rooms (OR), and medical device reprocessing departments (MDRD).
